I finally got it done and on the dyno. It should be a fun ride. The goal was to build a bad a$$ pump gas 540" for my 67 Chevelle. With the help of Chris Straub, Mike Lewis, Dave Jack Cylinder Heads and B&B Machine I think we got it done. Let me know what you guys think.

The combination:
GenVI GM block 4.500 bore
Wolfplace balanced rotating assembly, Scat forged 4.25 crank, Scat h-beam rods w/ARP bolt upgrade, Mahle pistons. 11.4 to 1 cr.
Brodix custom oval raised port castings cnc ported by Weld Tech w/ matching Brodix HV2019 Dominator intake fully ported. 2.300 int.1.88ex. valve job, bowl blend and intake porting by Dave Jack Cylinder Heads.
Straub solid roller .757/.709 lift 266/271 duration on 108cl
Isky EZX lifters
Jesel shaft rockers
Stefs Heads Up oil pan
GZ SuperPro vacuum pump
Lance Patton 1100 cfm Dominator

The first couple pulls were with pump gas. We switched to C12 and didn't see any real difference. We tried more timing with the fuel and it didn't like it, lost 20hp. Going to make a few more pulls today without the 2" spacer to see what that's worth.

There was pump gas left in the dyno tank from a previous session, we used what was in there for the initial break in and first pull before we filled the tank with c12. We weren't trying to establish pump gas numbers, just using what was left in the tank.

Great job guys... Wow! That'd be a killer motor to have for the best of both worlds. Street thumpin and 9 second passes! Now that's the shit! Makes me want to go back to pump gas.

Have fun!
