well at 60 lbs the sleeves will not hold up. I tried it and made 2 passes, broke 2 sleeves. Psi c rotor on top

 

Guys say 45-48 lbs is max at 4.600.I have ran 42 lbs.

 

What bore are you running and how much boost?

 

It was 4.600 bore, 60 lbs, 10-1 static. Was an oddball 481x, even an oversize od, not sure what measurement though. most are 4.500

I decided to try it, didnt work. Changed all the sleeves to 4.500

 

we use a kieth black 10.500 deck block 1500 hp with nitrous....kept cylinder at 4.500 to help the wall strength out...we did not feel the .100" over bore outweighed the strength we would loose...here are a few pictures !! ken black is an awesome guy to deal with and the product is truly a work of art in the quality of material and machine finish...hope this helps

New Century has a step sleeve option. I know there are some turbo cars running 4.600 bores using that option. Just something you may want to check

 

I know it's not exacty what you were asking for but we have a 5.0 bore space CN block that's been run for 4 years in the 2,300 -2,400 hp range (nitrous) and it's been very solid...a very nice piece. It's never needed a new sleeve.
