I read an article on this, and I am a little curious how well it works naturally aspirated. If I can I would like to run it on a 12.5-1 iron head bbc with pump gas. I know snow performance makes a kit, but its kind of pricey at $529.00.
Does anybody on here have experiences they want to share, or different kits that are available? Or even how they built there own kit if thats the way you went.
What are the benefits? Any issues that could creep up down the road? Are there any negative side effects, besides having to refill the tank all the time?

thanks,

Kirk

I know Brian Rock in the 2007 Drag Week tried it it slowed his car down at the track but helped it go from town to town better. I am of the feeling water does not burn and its taking room up of fuel that could in a N/A application

I am trying to make the car more driveable,(pump gas) its a bitch driving 20 miles to buy racing gas all the time, and burning thru $30-40 bucks a night just to go get a burger. so the car usually sits in the garage for car shows and cruise nights. Thats why I am interested in these kits, and yes it was the HOT ROD article I read, seems like a simple solution, almost too simple.................so I figure there has to be a downside.

I had a compression/gas/detonation problem some time ago that I "band aided" successfully using a very simple & really cheap water & water/methanol system I made from junk.I put a suction hose to the carb below the throttle butterfly & into a plastic bottle(make sure that it's mounted lower than the carb)I used a holley main jet in the hose to regulate it. This sucessfully cured my detonation problem
