I have a 5.3 ls turbo motor that I will be changing from a factory crank, to a CCW crank. The motor has K1 rods and wiseco pistons in it. It was originally assembled 5 years ago, then 2 years ago we lost a driveshaft at 147mph which broke the block. The motor was reassembled with another block. That means the crank change will be the 3rd time going together for these rods. How many times can you safely reuse a set of aftermarket rod bolts? Thanks

If the rod bolts had their 'free-state' length measured and their 'stretch' length measured from day one, and each bolt has returned to it's free state length when relaxed (no longer in tension), you should be able to reuse them.

.

Don't remember who that is, I can't keep track of all the people that hate or attack me.
I've been called a pussy for taking time off racing when my daughter passed away.
I've been called weak for taking time off racing when my wife passed away.
I've been attacked for being from Chicago and hating unions.
I've been attacked for buying a used car, instead of a new one because I wanted to put money aside for the kids & grand kids.
I've been attacked because my car is ugly.
ETC ETC, so on & so on.

Life's too short, if you are a jealous loser or never make an intelligent post, my time is too valuable to waste on them!!!
