Msd injector pocket cutting tool here, they are spendy but so is fawking it up..

Kinsler Fuel Injection has a loaner program. You can rent it for a week or so with a large deposit which gets returned to you once they get the tools back. I did that once. The next time I needed them I bought them. I have two different tools, one for the injectors and one for the fuel rails (for -8AN o-ring fittings). Wasn't cheap, but good tools never are.

 

Wouldn't you need to mill out bigger for some injector bungs to be welded in?

 

Yes! Drill a large enough hole for the bung, weld (or epoxy) it in place, then finish it inside the port. Some will pre-drill the injector bungs for the injectors o-ring, others will do it after the bungs are installed. We did it after the bungs were welded.
