The one above is Ritter "420" they are not as big to start as a real mopar "420"

I will check I have Ritter that is as cast I need to start on.

Here is large port "420" for my w8 engine it's in the 4.7-4.8" range with just little weld on out side and this is real mopar intake.

There's a "step" in the transition from the plenum floor to the runner floor. Do you blend this out or leave it there? (looks like you leave it, but that could just be the pics or the grind marks)
 
Chad can you tell me the reason why you don't use both intake ports going to each individual intake valves on that OEM ford 3.8 i see a lot of airflow lost not using both intake ports per pot or is it to the customer request i am just wondering

I did a search for porting tools, could not find any pictures. Can you guy's post some pic's, what are you using for the long and tight intake runners and where to buy ?
