No. Buy the super comp 2210. They are for third gens. I hate to bust your balls but you mite want to hit the newbie thread.

The Hooker Super Comps are not a true full-length header, but for most people, they are good enough. If you want something nice, Lemons is the place to go. Gonna spend some good coin, but they are awesome.

 

For a 3rd gen I would take a serious look at Lemons, I bought Ed Quay headers and had to cut them totally up to get them to fit in my 86 Camaro with BBC

 

thanks guys the reason i was asking is because we found a set of 1 3/4 primary super comp ceramic coated barely used headers for sbc. the problem is the car is in the paint shop and we can't try to see if they fit. i've heard about the lemon headers but never used them. the car is basically a strip car never see's the street just the track it's a 88 camaro 355 with junk pro comp heads 10 1/2 to 1 compression ratio comp cams solid cam, best time is 11.99 @ 114 but it has shorties with exhaust behind front tire. we were hoping to pick up a little e.t.' with them thanks again i will check on the lemon headers

 

The set I have has a 29" primary and a 15" long collector with a 3" turn down.

 

Hands down the best fit for a third gen - "For a 3rd gen I would take a serious look at Lemons"^^

 

They won't fit, don't waste your time.

I'm running Doug's long tube 1 3/4" 3" collector ceramic coated. Only fitment issue is #7 spark plug is close to the primary tube with my straight plug heads, angle plugs would fit em perfect.

I have the Doug's too. I have no issues with the #7 other than I have to use the open end of my wrench on it instead of the box end, although I used to have to do that on #3 with the hedmans lol. Doug's fit great and I picked up with them.

 

These are what I'm using, Hedman Hustlers p.n. 65165 they are stepped, 15/8in. To 1 3/4in. These are nice, fit well and I got a good deal on them used, pretty sure they will pull what little power I have out of my Streeter.
