In the past, I've worked with people that bitch about the job, pay, hours, everything and anything. But the one thing they never try is going elsewhere. I've heard the "I'm too old to start over" bullshit so many times, yet I constantly prove it's wrong. Started my current job at 61 and it was my fourth job in 5 years. Before that, I worked at a company for 29 years, thought my loyalty meant something, only to find out different. So I quit, moved out of state, stayed there until I was recruited to a better job, then when it turned sour, didn't bitch, just found a different job. When my current job opened up unexpectedly, I took it. Am I happy now? Oh yeah. But things change constantly and I've accepted that. Happy today doesn't mean happy forever. Keep current, do your best, but always be ready to go if you have to. Life's too short to be miserable.
