Hey guys, I my uncle has had this intake and carbs for like 15+ years, I'm curious what it could be worth if he were to sell it.

it's an edlbrock tr1x for sbc with 2 holley carbs.

The most I ever got for one was $275.00 for just the intake. And that was fully restored, looking like NOS (new).

I think you can still buy them.

By the way, your pictures don't work. YB isn't advanced enough technology wise to use attactments.

That manifold is great for a small cube engine like a street rod or weekend muscle car cruiser. It has the smaller runners and plenum box so you can run 390-450 vac sec carbs and not loose much low end torque.
Like others have said, the swapmeets are full of them so in decent shape, no cracks, all the threaded holes are good and the coolant passages haven't been eaten away you're looking at $200-275.

Don’t clean it up. The rat rod guys will actually pay more for original looking patina than cleaned, blasted new looking intakes.

Sell it as-is. Many guys will redo the carbs and not clean and detail them. Same thing, rat rodders. It’s the diamond in the rough look.

You should be able to get $300+ as it sits. No problem. In a swap meet feeding frenzy, those guys will pay even more.

I have one of the old breadbox tunnel rams for sbc and had people say i couldnt even give it away. It is the one that NHRA outlawed cause fuel would puddle around the runners which were higher than the plenum floor and a hiccup turned it into a bomb. Lol.
A Ridgeway, or old Edelbrock?

Anyone who has seen this Engine Masters video of the Eddy TR1Y would want one! I would like to do this for a nice street engine!
