What are you big power 1500+ wet sump LSX guys running for a timing set up? Seems like no matter what we run it just murders them here is what we have run:
C5R
Kaetech
Stock GM Ls2
Cloyes single
Cloyes dual
JPP Billet dual
IWIS chain with stock gm gears
I think the IWIS/Kaetech/C5R are all the same chain if memory serves
We always loctite and safety wire the bolts in but it seems no matter what after we run these things for a while the chains stretch BAD!
I believe it is a harmonics issue when we put these things on the 2/3 step all the time but maybe it is something else causing it ?
Obviously a jesel belt drive would cure this issue but the pain / $$ to go dry sump makes it tough for a lot of guys.
