I currently own an old set of intercomp SWII scales that decided to take a shit. I am pretty sure the problem is isolated to the interface panel.
I am looking at wireless options from either Tanner (Mittler bros.)and intercomp but am having a hard time coming off the cash! After lugging around the heavy 20 year old intercom set up, the 1" pad Tanner unit sound nice but it is hard to justify the cost when this is a tool that sees little use. I am currently in the build process and think it would be a good idea to assemble the rest of the car on scales so I can put the weight where I want it.

I am curious if anyone manufactures a wireless conversion for my older pads. If not any recommendations are appreciated.

I am looking at the intercomp 656 iRaceweigh and Tanner 50550 1" pad units. Intercomp unit is about 800$ cheaper if I use an IPad as the interface.

I have a set of the Intercomp E Z Weighs. Never had an issues and we use them pretty regularly. I have talked to Bruce Rhoe with Intercomp at PRI several times. Great guy. Give him a call and see what he can do for you.
BTW... You mentioned the Tanner's having a 1" Pad. Wonder how good the load cell is in their unit ???
