No one is going to purchase the property for what it was sold for. The township supposedly doesn't know what the new owner has planned. It has no public sewer or public water. I'd say both are 2+ miles away.
As a race track, it was probably worth 2-3 Mil. It was sold for 12 Mil. It's not supposed to be a race track again.
Fuck Len Capone!!! He's a piece of shit that stepped into shit when he made a deal to shut it down in the middle of the night after their big money making event. His Father would have been filthy rich if Len jr. didn't lose every company he was involved in.

The buyer still has it and last I heard, there have been no filings for use of the property yet. The bleachers and tower are gone. There were 2 possibilities for that place and the strong one was a marijuana grow and process facility. I can't recall the other. The one caveat I've heard is the amount of water those grow facilities use.
I guess some people can't read simple English.

I go by it almost every week day, it has not changed. Looks exactly as it did the day they took the last part of the bleachers/tower down.
The problem ATCO had was the dew rolling in as the sun went down and the problem was never seriously addressed. The death of a racer and the law suit that followed led to exorbitant ins fees and its closure!
