I have mt 28 10.5 on my car and I like them alot seem to work good on my car but was thinking about trying the hoosiers next time. would like to see what other say also.

I have the Hoosier 28x10.5 stiff sidewall. I liked mine. I have close to 100-110 passes on mine and with it being a stick car it appeares to ME the sidewall has given up. Even still the things hook good, still in the 1.5x 60 ft.
I will be buying another set this week or next and will see if it is me or the tires.

This is good to hear cause I thought I would be the only one running them since I never hear about them just about the M/Ts hell I even gave the M/H racemasters a thought but they are a 28.5 so was thinking they might be a lil big for the wheel well

 

I'm running the Hoosier 28x10.50-15 stiff sidewall slick on my Elky.1.60 60' with a 4 speed,4k+lb. Very stable at 120+,13psi.

 

If your car is heavy and uses a trans brake/4 speed the Hoosier stiff sidewall should work good. If the sidewall on your current set is breaking down but there is plenty of rubber left, try raising the psi as it will help the sidewall.

M/T nmra sso enough said

 

ive used both and honestly didnt notice any difference,just like the looks of the hoosier so went that way...same 60ft and ride though for me

 

IMO ... Hoosier is more stable than the M/T. Both 28X10.5 @ 16 psi, hook is the same.

 

We have had best results with Hoosier, but M/T are also a very good tire.
