Combination details
370 ls
Terminator x
Snake eater 1000 injectors
Holley split intake and holley 4150 throttle body

So....I had everything running great on pump gasoline as a baseline. Made the switch to e85 and it has a hight start up idle.
I did change the settings from gasoline to e85 in the settings. But other than that nothing was touched. Is there something else I'm missing that needs to be done?
It's about 2700 rpm for about three seconds and then comes down to proper idle 1150 rpm. If you snap the throttle it will hang at 3000 ish rpm until you kill it. Before it was very snappy and would come back to idle very well after a quick throttle blip.
I've adjusted the idle air control to between the reccomend settings of 2% to 10% and done a tps reset. Nothing is hanging the throttle open also. I've tried adjusting the idle settings (iac ramp down and start up iac position settings) in all directions with no change. I also dont see any vaccum leaks.
I kinda a new to holley efi but I've kinda exhausted what I know how to do. I tried doing some googling and looked in the holley instructions and cant find shit that helps.
Anyone smarter than me what to tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I also have the tune file I can email if someone wants to take a look. I'm also out of town for work and can't try to start it again until I get back home next week. I will attach some pictures of my settings. I will also post a video of how it ran before. I dont have a video of how its acting now.

Mine starts and Idles I think pretty good. IAC hold 20%, ramp decay time is 2sec and my start up IAC position is hold time 2 and decay time 2. I had similar issues as you and tried these settings and works great and also look into what Alan said look at your Idle timing and make sure its stable, mine in the spark table at idle is 20 degrees and with the idle spark enabled p term is 30 and d term is 50 my fuel map and spark map is really dialed at idle and my timing varies between 19 and 21 degrees. I'd make sure idle until about 1300 rpm is in open loop and really work the fuel table live manually to get whatever AFR you want and things should start to stabilize also make a big area around you idle speed + or - 200rpm are all the same timing while trying to get it sorted.Did you add to fuel to your entire fuel map or just change the setting to E85? If you just changed the setting to E85 you need to add just to maybe get you in the ballpark about 35% fuel to the entire map.

You dont necessarily need the IAC, you could plug it if it keeps giving you headaches, even if temporarily. Set the desired idle speed with the TB blade adjusters. If you do this you will probably find the issue gone so you can at least drive it safely and sort the rest of the tune out. Can always come back to it... or not.

Enough people have not used it, I know its been done with the stock PCMs, cant see why the holley would be any different even though I havent played with one.

Have you driven it yet? If you have, your learn table will show the lowest kPa that it reaches on deceleration. My guess is that you can probably start it at 20...maybe even 30, just depends. You also don't need a lot of resolution below 50kPa, so you can safely make big jumps, say 4-5 every row. In the idle make small jumps, say 2-3...etc..
