I'm thinking there was someone in the car. As he stepping off the truck the wipers make a single wipe then stop. As he opens the door the wipers come on and the car takes off. Me thinks there was someone in there.

And it's Europe so it's right hand drive. He's getting in the passenger side.

What difference does it make where the first bird is parked?If you park outside of a spot, and someone hits you parking in their spot, whose fault is it? Sometimes you need to pay attention and adjust. Some people run through life like robots.
