No thanks was to let you know I wasn't interested in buying any (you made the offer, silly). Sad to see you can't control yourself & are a mess regardless of where you post on this site.
NOT Sure how you missed this: " Mummert's design and hard work. "

^ after you MISSING this ^ what else should I think? .... different section, same Douglas.

Finished up this set of FE heads. Fully ported set of ProMaxx with 2.19/1.74 valves and a hybrid valve train using Harland Sharp shafts and rockers with Dove rocker stands. That took some work. Also port matched a new Blue Thunder medium riser intake. Should be a very nice combination. Going on a 482ci stroker.

This port flows 340 @ 1" on a 4.375 bore, 304 @ .600", flows 330 @ 1", 294 @ .600 on a 4.08 bore and fits standard gasket.
The ex flows 274 @ 1", 242 @ .600 on 4.375 and 270 @ 1" and 230 @ .600" on a 4.08 bore, fits standard gasket.

Look great Scott, those Dove stands came out nice. Bet that took some work!
Thanks. It did. This is how it started; bolt down one side and... :ROFLMAO: 🤦‍♂️

Had to machine all the stands parallel with the shaft before I could do anything else. Ultimately, there was nothing "right" about these stands.

Then I realized the Sharp rockers are wider the thicker than the Dove rockers so the end stands had to be widened and the floors lowered. It took more machining yet and messing with a bunch of shims to get the rockers all lined up with the valves. If we had known what this was going to turn into, we would have just used the Sharp stands and been done with it but it was like a bad poker hand. Had too much into it to back out. Just had to see it through.

Some Brodix SB Ford love. Finished these a couple weeks ago. Customer had tried their hand at porting and found out quickly it's not as easy as it looks...promptly broke into a couple of pushrod holes. Sent them in for me to "help out" so we just went with it and did the rest of them the same. 2.08/1.60 valves. Ended up being a real decent set of heads.

Getting started...realizing that trying to intentionally break into pushrod holes and keep them all the same is a pain...

so decided to use the mill to make them as even as possible. Easy to see how much material was removed.

Had the guides out to finish shaping the bowls and decided to put some taper on them before re-installing. Ex guides got cut down a little and a bull nose radius.
Image

Getting that long wall straight...port taking shape.
Image

Throats bored, rough valve job, ready to finish the bowls and chambers.
Image

Ports and chambers done, time to drill and ream pushrod holes for 5/8" thin wall brass tubes.
Image

Tubes getting installed with JB Weld.

I'm guessing these should be in the 210-215cc range and flow between 320-325.

Final valve job. That radius isn't as bad as it looks. The chamber is very steep right there, hard to transition into the top angle. There's no discernable lip, it blends perfectly.
