I have been doing a super easy bera nrcipe that might be similar. I do it by eye, but here is a close: couple of cans large brown beans (pork and beans, I usually use maple ones), 1/2 cup decent BBQ sauce, 2 tbls cheynne pepper and garlic powder, one onion chopped, 1 green pepper chopped, 1 red pepper, 1 or 2 jalepeno peppers chopped, 1/2 lb mushrooms. If you use lots of different ingredients you may have to add a little more BBQ sauce. I just heat all the stuff up for 10mins or 1 hour. Doesnt seem to make a huge difference. It is super quick, seems to be a favorite at pot lucks and such. It is really, really good on top of ham.
