Does any company make a kit. I'm thinking about putting one on my suburban for a little more towing power. If you have seen one pictures would be nice.

Perfect but about 2K more than I wanted to spend. I'll look into my other thought which was to keep an eye open for wrecked 3/4 Ton 96-98 pick up with a 454 and do a conversion.

I did that with Paxton back in 92/93ish, I wanted a supercharger for my truck so I got a group of friends and customers together to be able to buy at WD pricing. Several million dollars in sales later now, so I think it worked out for both of us.

I can't help you for the older trucks, but we will be releasing our 14 on up Silverado kit soon, it will be priced much lower than what's available now.

whipple as far as I know doesn't make the kits for these trucks anymore. procharger makes them still. I have a 97 model that I had the procharger p1sc kit on. due to the fueling system and dumb "hard to find a tuner" computer your stuck with around 400 rwhp. I sold most of my stuff and went ls and F1 procharger. i'll see if I can find some pictures.

A friend of mine had a Whipple setup on one a long time ago. I can't remember the details but he had some mophidite ass secondary fuel supply that came with the blower that injected fuel into the elbow above the TB from the Schrader valve. Pretty much like the fuel side on a nitrous kit.

One way of getting around swapping intakes I guess.

The truck in my avatar is a 97. Full bolt ons, lt4 cam and a 150 shot. Tons of fun and never let me down.

411 swap makes like alot easier in these trucks imo.
