Much of your question can/will be answered by your 60'. If you're 60' are slow, you're mph will be high as you're getting a run at the finish line. If your 60' numbers are good, you don't get that "run" and the mph numbers will be lower. In other words, there is no "set in stone" mph for a 5.30 pass as there's more than one way to make a 5.30 pass.
