Sounds like more air with less heat to me. I'd go with the big ones, you've got plenty of turbo to push it.
Look at the modulars, smaller cubes and plenty of head on them, they love turbos, same principles should apply IMO.
Just give it the rpm it needs. I assume this is a solid roller cam?
I'd talk to Lil John for the valvetrain, he's probably not busy at all

 

240 highports for that power goal, no doubt. You have a big enough turbo to make it move. Cam it appropriately and it'll HAUL ass.

 

i just did the 225 cnc from TEA and ill be making that power with a s480. either will get you your goal no problem. shit i made 950fwhp with 100% stock vic jr heads

weird. a friend has a 427sbf and tea told him to go with the 225 instead of the 240 because of more meat between the runners.

Personally i cant see needing the 240 on a 363 even with a 91mm. The 225 flows 350/270 @ .700... its more than enough flow and a ton of cross section for a 3.4 stroke motor...

A 240 would easily support 9k+ rpm on a 363.

Is this a street driven car or all out race car?

Both will do great on a turbo 364" set up. If its a street strip more mild deal, prob lean towards the 225 heads. If its s pretty serious pc, then I'd go with the 240 head.

 

still havent heard back from TEA. but from there website the flow number say their is a diff of about 10cfm at .700 on intake and exhaust from the 225hp to the 240hp heads. is it really worth the bigger head for that?

Here is Mike's # at TEA 330 784 5210. He will tell you to go with 225. Just went through this with him.

A 4 inch stroke motor at 414 inches will need more cylinder head than a 363 inch motor with a 3.4...more port cross section to be exact.

Air speeds will be much higher in the port with your motor, to the point they could enter a sonic choke situation... theres only one way to remedy that.... a bigger cross section port.

I just went threw this on a 427 with a BW 88mm. Tea had me go with the 240.

 

On a 400"+ engine I would go with 240 Highport as well
