pph vs hp

Is there a given rule of thumb so to speak? For instance
2000pph = 450hp
1500pph = 325hp
1000pph= 250hp
500pph = 125hp
or is this way off base. Just curious as nobody speaks in hp numbers just jet sizes and pph numbers. just trying to get an understanding.

NX rates theirs a little more optimistic. All of their videos show PPH but high HP numbers.

Its always going to be an estimate because the nitrous isnt what produces the power, the fuel does. Different cylinder head designs, chamber designs, valve events, will effect how much power per "x" amount of fuel is used ie "BSFC".

I understand that LOL Shawn, I was just speaking per say a baseline. For instance someones tune might use an 82 jet and another person also uses an 82 but one jet flows more then the other, but chances are if you ask them there tuneup there going to tell you an 82 jet LOL although one may be more or less.

PPH vs HP will usually somewhat depend on who you talk to. Not everyone uses the same numbers. SJ
