Met a guy who worked inspecting dams had been down in suba gear checking damns and said some big ass fuckers would swim past him rubbing up against him and scare the hell out of him. 6 -7 footers

 

I've heard stories like that off and on all my life about the divers that service the trash-screens or whatever at Bagnell Dam at Lake of the Ozarks.

Catfish big enough to swallow a diver easy!

I've heard that same thing since childhood in a river where I live. Divers looking for bodies in Green River swearing they wouldn't go back down because of the catfish they saw. Probably just a big "fish tale".lol I fish there and have never caught one, if I did...it would scare me too. lol
