had ladder bars n coil overs done 10 years ago n truck has been sitting most of that time. since truck has never done smokey burnouts or left rubber down. went from parallel to ground to bottom hole which is 5-6 degrees down. noticed I'm getting lil more rubber down and leaving a little rubber on ground. here's a video showing Wheel hop. sorry for crappy video

well I know I need needed shocks. I'm using the cheap non adjustable ones that came with kit years ago. I plan on redoing the rear frame rails so was hesitant to buy new shocks n Springs just yet but I think I will.
