Snap-on gold Works bad ass! I use it everyday and it is water activated.

 

Zep is the best. Works great with heavy grease.

 

ATF and Boraxo mixxed works . I will pre wash with atf if I was really dirty then use boraxo or mix them and then use normal handcleaner. I used to work on streetsweepers so I had shit up to my pits sometimes

Pre wipe your hands with a small amount of ATF and rub it in, then wash your hands with Tide laundry detergent. The Vaseline tip before you work works well also.

 

+2 for ProSoap. It doesn't dry your hands out like a lot of the others.

At home I use cooking oil and salt.... It gets out all the grease, then dish soap to clean up.
