I thought there was a thread like this, but I can't find it.
(there was a thread like this some years back. It may have gotten purged with some old members)

This is small stuff as compared to what some of you guys do.

The past few times the 565 has been on the dyno I've used the old setup for the MSD crank trigger with the Danny Bee belt drive, and then switched over the the Innovations West flying magnet setup when put in the boat.

I had some down time before the up coming dyno date, so I decided to pull things apart and get the Innovators West and the Danny Bee belt drive set-up to work together. I needed to make another timing pointer. The new pointer needed to be taller and the pointer needed to be shorter. ..I got it right on the third try ...lol

Put the cut off screw in a drill press and took a die grinder to it as it spun.

Maybe post your shop work in this thread ?

Installed the newly rebuilt brakes and bled them...no leaks so that's good!
Buttoned up the panels and bolted up the freshly painted/polished wheels/tires borrowed from my buddy...different look for sure.

The motor is so shiny you can't really look at it without sunglasses, lol...the wheels definitely tone down the look...it is what it is until my chromed aluminum wheels are finished.

What the fuck do you want me to do, hold it behind me? My elbows are at my sides, I'm not extending it forward, just holding it for a pic. Measured 16 1/2" long, by the way, but who's counting?

Post a pic of your nice catch, or do you even have fishing gear, Jealous Bitch MacTools?

^^^ if you're looking for a one on one with Jesus, you've come to the right place. I live in Missouir, home of Table Rock Lake, Lake of The Ozarks, Bull Shoals Lake, Truman Lake to name a few.

If you don't Bass fish in Missouri, your Gay..... Mr. Hold the 12" bass as close to the camera as possible.

Your bent elbows excuse was classic :ROFLMAO:

All hat and no cattle. One on one with Jesus, that's hilarious, your teeth are brown from talking so much shit. All I have to watch out for in Missouri is a baby John Deere tractor riding on the back two wheels. You feel left out since they don't sell fishing tackle at Hazard Fraught, poor guy!
I'm not a bass fisherman, saltwater is my stompin' grounds, that one was caught by accident, Mr. I ain't got no fish pics to post, not even little ones...
I do have one that one of your butt fuckin' buddies sent...

I tried to put a 3/8th" plug, in one of the heater lines, I'm trying to close off, in my water pump housing. Only problem, My fingers are too big to fit in between the two alternator brackets. And all the deep sockets are way to thick to fit down there, also. Looks like I'm going to have to take the alternator off. Damn! Things, sometimes, just can't be simple.

Making sacrificial snowplow edges out of 3/4" rubber. Using Tractor Supply 48"x73" horse mat. The mat will yield eight pieces, which works out to $6.25 per piece, or $3.12 once the first edge is worn out, it can be flipped over for a fresh edge.

Sixteen working edges for $50 dollars. Rubber snow plow edges are sold from vendors who get anywhere from $100-$120 dollars for one, or two working edges.

That stuff makes great pickup bed mat, it's virtually indestructible and where you put a cylinder head on it, that's where it will be when you drive 100 miles. Heavy and cumbersome to handle but it's good stuff!

Question: How much of a rubber "sawdust" mess did those cuts make?

MacTools, you ARE aware that cast iron suitcase or round wheel weights are available for tractors, right? I put a round wheel weight on the grill of my 3032E and bought a Vevor quick hitch rack that holds suitcase weights for the rear, also has a hitch reciever built in. I'm lucky, though, that I live in farm country and these things are readily available.
You do seem to enjoy making shit yourself, I get that, too.

Those John Deere suitcase weights are stylish though, lol
