They have the letters "DRT" cast into them, but no "A".....so just wondering about that.

 

Call and ask em. They own TFS so it's entirely possible they are USA made but they sure seem cheap.

 

When the Smith brothers created Trick Flow, the foundry they used was located in Indiana. And they were doing the machining in a shop on their own property. But that's been some years ago. They sold to Summit and there's no telling where the manufacturing has gone.

I did ask them, they would'nt tell me. Said it was secret propriatary information.

Summit used to sell Canfield heads under the summit brand name, but they are now manufactured by Dart.

 

How difficult would it be to add a " Made in USA " logo to the castings ???
( There are legal ramifications involved in stating that , so it should be true if stated...... )
If they are indeed Made in the USA , they should be shouting it out...........

 

I see alot if street racers using them. So they must be good. I'd get a set.

 

Call them back and tell them you are exporting them and need a COO ( Country of Origin ) or USMCA certificate.

 

They are machined in Akron OH. I’ve been to the shop and worked on their CNC equipment.

 

Summit never discloses who makes their brand of a certain part. Been down that road myself

Factory rep at sema said they fit "small black cherry".....
