I like playing with Math. But why make it more complicated than it needs to. I don't need to know the RPM or how long the valve is open. At 100%VE I have flowed a single cylinders volume. Now if I have to convert those cc's to CFM than I need RPM and and valve duration.

Like Jon Kaase likes to say "we picked up 5 cfm on the flow bench, dyno'd the engine and lost 10hp, so I unplugged the flow bench". A flow bench can be a useful development tool, but Steve Morris is right in that a CFM number by itself does not guarantee more power. He is not the only guy who feels size and shape matter more.
