Gizzards are few and far between out here. Want to try Roscoes, who's supposed to be world famous, but I better hurry. They just filed BK recently.

When I want a quick snack of fried okra I stop by the local Louisiana Fried Chicken place. As long as I remind him to season it as soon as it comes out of the fryer it's really good. A single serving won't get me home and I'm only about 15 minutes from their place. They also do fried gizzards.
