Pro bracket radial to Hoosier radial ?

I have just had to swap from the pbr 29.5x10.5 to the Hoosier 29.5x10.5 CO7 due to no new pbr 's in Australia .
I have retained the same shock settings , and found the Hoosier likes more psi . Gone from 19 1/4 (pbr) to 24psi , stopped improving @ 24
The issue I have is the Hoosier is simply slower in the sixty , gone from 1.42/43 to now 1.45/46 . Similar type of mph , high 128 low 129s but et is slower .
Has anyone else had this ?
I am thinking of trying a stiffer extension in case I am hitting the Hoosier too hard and hence slowing sixty ? Tyre does have a little more wrap .
Car has run high 10.20s mostly was low mid 10.30s , now struggle to get into 10.30s . I know da/weather is a little off as we head into summer but .
Transbrake @ 4200 , 4.1 gear .3780lbs .Stall @ 6000 , QA! singles front Viking dbl rear .Caltracs .
Bracket racing , daily driver .
any thoughts ?

I've been researching both and it seems the common theme is the Hoosier BR is a bit closer to the characteristics of a slick while the M/T BR is more like a full radial, as far as chassis set-up and what they prefer in track prep.

We're looking at changing from a 33x10.5W to a 32x13.5 or 14(pending which brand we go with). Currently 1.0x 60fts and mid 4's 1/8 at 2800#

JP , thanks for that . These Hoosiers are indeed softer , like their 275s I used to run . Though they are the stock/super stock type radial not bracket drag radials .
Well no testing last weekend , T&T cancelled . F ing great a week out from a National event . I did want to try tighter extension .
I guess I will qualify Friday on last years set up , only 3 qualifiers

well got out to racing on the weekend . What a blow out .
Some rain on Friday , but felt like minimal prep . On Saturday dry but didn't look like much of a groove or prep .
First qualifier friday , first class out , just blew the tyres off for a 2.75 sixty, even shifted to second on the line .
Second qualifier , 1.76 sixty so 3/10ths or so off . But got a pass in - sort of 10.80
Saturday eliminations
Rnd 1 , 1.47 sixty still a couple hundredths off for a 10.53 hard on brakes on a 10.50 dial . Ok something to work on .
Rnd 2 , blew the tyres off worse than Friday . Actually had smoke like a burnout from tyres .
I guess these Hoosiers are not happy on my Plymouth , transbrake ? or TQ/HP don't know .

Do you have any video of the pass?

only have video of the first pass , nothing else  . It is a facebook post . I will have to wait if there is any pics or other video

I have always done a similar burnout and stage . I have now got about 20 passes on these Hoosiers . I thought even if a bit slow in sixty as long as they hooked I was ok .
Suspension is small block T bar QA1 single front shock loose , caltracs , Mopar XHD rear springs and radial valve Viking rear shocks . Compression on #10 Extension on #5
Yes I would like split monos but I blew 2 fuel pumps running 12+ hrs to Mildura to race a couple months ago . And I am now moving my business . So budget is threadbare .
Only other thought is whether they would prefer being used as a footbrake not transbrake ?
Weather was not great being mostly high 2000 mid 3000 DA and grains from 98 - 106

Lazaris ,
Thats all i have . Maybe still pics in a few days from track photogs
Starline guys said maybe single black track in last pass . Have a detroit locker , no signs of rear end issue .
This has only occurred , spin , since going Hoosier . Maybe have to face car isnt working for them . I am out of ideas , could try loosening ext to hit harder ?
