Ok I got a core for my intercooler. Now I will have to make tanks for each side. I want to use 3'' aluminum piping so what do you use to cut the 3'' circle hole? Also how do you go about bending for the tanks or do you just weld the pieces together to keep from all that welding? I have a tig machine that can weld 1/2'' aluminum no problem. I'm using 16 gauge pipe do I want to use 16 gauge plate aluminum for my tanks? Also how would you do the transition from 3'' aluminum pipe to my 105mm throttle body? Any and all help will help.
