Does anyone know what a good epoxy is for the inside of an intake runner when nitrous and alcohol are used? I have a situation where I have a slight mismatch between heads and intake and I need to close up the intake side of the port by a minimal amount. Maybe less than .060 thick.

You brush it over the epoxy. It'll stick to the aluminum as well. Imron clear coat is the best but I've used hobby Co stuff in a pinch.... methanol will eventually eat it up but it's just a maintenance item with epoxy in a methanol engine.....

I've also heard of people using some kind of POR15 gas tank sealer brushed over Splash Zone to protect it from methanol. Never used it myself.

There is an epoxy called Belzonal that some say is impervious to methanol but, I've never used it.
