I have a cam in a Comp box with the following markings engraved on its end (no card, I am 99.9% sure is a SBF cam.):

3122F
13052F
HR111
XO581-11

It has a small red dot of paint on the end where the engravings are.

It also has the following stamped in small numerals on the end:
412338

Looking in the Comp lobe catalog it looks like the two lobes are:
3122 = 290*/236*/160* .3800
13052 = 302*/247*/166* .3720

I assume that the "HR 111" means that its a hydraulic roller with a 111* LSA

Assuming i have the lobe spec right, can anybody tell me the following:
1. What kind of motor was this ground for- N/A, nitrous, blower or ?
2. Any idea of the firing order (351W 0r 302)?
3. What kind of distributor gear will it need for compatibility?
4. What does the red dot of paint mean, if anything?
5. Is the small numerals stamped on it indicate the core used?

Anything else I should be asking?

The only thing that stands out to me is the wide split of duration, but I don't really know what that means to the engine.

Thanks in advance.

3122F lobe number
13052F lobe number
HR111 hydrualic roller 111 lsa usually the lsa is followed by the deviation from the stock ICL, no number means stock ICL no advance ground in

XO581-11 cam core,

412338, could be the serial number.

IIRC. Try the comp master lobe catalog, it has core numbers, you should be able to determine the firing order from the cam core, they come pre-cut iirc for certain firing orders.
