A little girl has passed away.

We are deeply heartbroken by the tragic incident that took place at OSW on Sunday.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Elienisse’s family, and all those affected, including our racing community.
Motorsports is built on passion, but moments like these remind us of the risks that come with what we love.
While injuries can heal, the pain of loss is immeasurable.
We stand together in support, mourning, and prayer during this difficult time.
We extend our deepest condolences to those grieving and will continue to uplift them in our thoughts.

No clue if it was on track or in the pits. All it said is she had an incident and then she didn't make it.

PLEASE SHARE PLEASE!!!
“I believe above the storm the smallest prayer will still be heard.”
The power of prayer, the tightness of the racing community, the connection that ties all of us together - it is with all this we ask you to join the family of this sweet girl tonight at 9:00 PM for the strongest and largest prayer vigil possible.

A miracle is needed, and it is at this time we need to all come together spiritually and ask for him to place his healing hands on her and take her family in his arms.

There will be a gathering TONIGHT (02.04.2025) at 9:00 PM at Arnold Palmer Hospital in Orlando, Florida.

However, as we all know, God hears our prayers whether we are together or by ourselves in our own moments of silence.
So please join us at 9:00 PM as we lift our prayers for this young girl as well as our brother and fellow OSW official, AK.

RIP little racer, horrible news, link above says "on track". I first thought maybe on return road or in the pits, having run them for over 10 years they are pretty safe. I have seen them on their side and roll. when we ran it was a close group so I know the whole Jr community is hurting. just noticed the number on her car was my daughters old number

This makes two since it's started. That's pretty safe.

What a horrible situation. It is hard to imagine how something like this could happen as well built as these junior dragsters are and all the safety equipment the kids use. I guess this is just a painful reminder that there will always be a certain amount of risk associated with any form of motor racing and even junior dragsters are not immune from this reality. My prayers go out to the little girl's family and friends. This is a nightmare I wish nobody ever had to experience.

They posted what happened. 😢 😢 😢

It was her seventh birthday.
It was her first time, she lost control, ran over the guy on the scooter and hit the wall.

She has siblings, no clue if older, but this is a racing family it said.

From what I was told a few years ago, new kids have to have a guy on a scooter guiding them.
That was the stage she was at.

Horrible horrible thing. I can't believe it was going fast enough to cause that kind of damage.
I've seen them doing the scooter runs before and it was very slow.

Dragster - fo you have a link to this? I ask from a track BOD I’d like to learn more on what happened. This is so sad.

A couple of links were complete lies.
One link said she hit another dragster.
Another link said she hit two bystanders.

The link that made the most sense, which I should have saved,
said she lost control, ran over a track official acting as her guide and crashed into the wall.

Obviously if it was her first day, they were doing singles.
Where would there be two bystanders between her and the wall???

The Guy is OK, and we lost a little girl.
Stupid lies and idiots attacking the parents is not what people should be posting now!!!
