Farmtruck is a million times faster than anything I have but has the "gatekeeper" ever stopped anyone from getting on "the list" in a good clean run? Seems like every time he goes against someone he ends up getting gapped pretty good
I have a stone-stock 1972 Chevy pickup, long bed, 350/350 that weighs less then 4000 lbs at the steel yard scales.... don't know how much fuel is in it (gauge doesn't work) but the ticket was 3850 without me in it. I can't imagine his truck is heavier... but who knows. I measure its elapse time with a calendar, so can't help on reasonable times...
On the show once it was on a lift with the new drivetrain and we just got a peek of the nose and it looked like I saw some rectangular tube rails instead of the stock frame. Prolly a whole chassis truck made to look as stock as possible from the old body grafted to it. Dave
Mid to high 5's 1/8 mile, mid to high 8's 1/4 mile.
Reaper should be a fuck ton quicker then 4.69 and 1.10 with that thing. 700+ inches and nitrous in a tube chassis car. Should be a 4.1-4.2 car at minimum...
These guys are just doing it for the love of street racing ! They make absolutely no money doing this ......... that's why they just rolled out about a million bucks worth of new hot rods . You're not implying these guys are making bank are you ?
