I just switched to a glide from a 400 trans. So I had to swap the trans yoke. Should I get my drive shaft rebalanced?? Wasnt sure if they balance just the shaft, or the shaft with the yoke on it as well? Was gonna call the driveline shop but they are closed and I would like to install the shaft tomarrow

The shop I used wanted the slip yoke and u-joints for the balance. I went from 'glide to TH 400 also.

Sometimes the shaft runout will change with different yokes installed which will affect balance.
You really should be ok but have it checked when you get time or if you feel any vibration.

ok thanks guys I might just wait to install it. and call them on monday. I would rather do it once.
