I was told that PAC springs had a bunch of bad springs in circulation so trying to figure out what's going on so i can fix whatever is happening this is the second valve train failure that ive had with completely different rockers than the first time so im starting to wonder if its the springs I trust my engine builder he builds nice shit so i dont think its entirely on their end but maybe who knows...
damage could have been worse the spark plug got destroyed and im sure the piston is cooked with some head damage just hope the cyl walls are ok and head is repairable and everything else is ok it did pass some metal throughout the motor it even got to the other bank assuming it sucked up the intake valve
