I'm looking for the BEST setup for horsepower for a street driven tunnel ram. right now I have the mr gasket scoop with the two mini air filters inside and I cant imagine its the best option, I have a set of Velocity stacks as well but they are open from the top and if I get caught in the rain I dont think that will end well. Thanks for recommendations. BTW I did try a search first so.......

Any open air cleaner will ingest rainwater, it goes through the filter. Just keep the Rs up a little in heavy rain so your engine can digest the water - it cleans your combustion chambers... And cover them when the engine is off.
I wonder if some of the smaller filters they say "will only support 350 hp" do you X2 if you have a tunnel ram which means supports 700 hp?
I have a tunnel ram and two 650’s on one of my cars. I bought the 9” Spectre air cleaners on flea bay and they seem to work and fit nice. The carbs have a slight tilt, so they have a touch more clearance.

I can tell you a pair of 7" diameter x 1" tall cheapie filters won't feed 900 HP
