Last time I tried a 3in to t4 flange it fit perfectly in the rectangle

2.75 is a better fit to go I side the flange. Or if you have the tools 2.5 works fine also. 2.25 merged into 2.5 is what I've done and it makes a shit ton of power

 

Good to know. I've got two 2.25s into a single 2.5 into my t4 flange. Can't wait to try it out.

It has to be worked some. 3 inch into T4.

 

It really depends how big of an opening ur flange has.. they arent all the same I made it work on a 1/2 t4 flange not sure where it came from but I do have some china flanges that it will not fit a 3in

What kind of power are you wanting to make? What is your setup?

3" merge isn't necessary for any single T4 build I can think of. Not that it won't work, but why make your life more difficult?

If you are stuck on 3" you could also grab one of the t4 to 3" flanges

My new stuff just flairs 2" driver hot side to 2 3/4" after it crosses over. Then the pass 2" merges into the side of the 2 3/4". 2 3/4" is almost perfect for the undivided t4, and is very similar in overall area for two 2" pipes.
