New to the LS world, anyone running a LS2 Aluminum block .030 over having any problems? We are going N/A maybe a small 100 shot of Nitrous.Trying to get 500 to 600 RWHP out of it.Everything i find on my searches says its a bad idea.Block was already machined and ready to build when we bought it.Thanks in advance for any help.

On a 6.0 iron block I only bore them. .005 if it will clean them up, but have run .030 no
problem. I just like to keep the bore to be able to clean up if an "accident", lol.
I thought on the alumn. blocks they were re sleeving for larger bores.

ERL was doing this. No longer tho. Steve at RED is a popular choice, and I'm sure many local shops can jog them out and press Darton or similar sleeves in. Still stuck with just 4 bolts per cylinder tho. Makes the Dart, LSR, RHS aftermarket blocks a bit more appealing (except the price!!)
