Please weigh in.
SBF with a crosshair plate on a 235 MT3052R.
Stuck with a C4 trans for the time being...
No fancy electronics in the car. Just gonna pull timing at the hit.

Would you split the plate and run 2 kits and bring the 2nd kit in based on time or spray 1 big kit and progress it?

This is for a NT class in the northeast. Car needs to run 5.50's or better to go rounds.

Thanks for the reply. Car weighs around 2750 lbs with me in it. 438W, 14.5:1 AFR Heads, Vincent Camshaft, probably makes around 750hp on motor.

1 kit, progressor, prob gonna need some launch retard unless you have a super efficient car and are on flypaper.

Must Pass NED Tech Inspection, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Maximum tire size is 235/26x8.5x15 (non W), FWD ONLY is allowed to run a 25x9.5!!!! AS DEFINED ON THE TIRE!
No Wheelie Bars
Factory appearing door cars.
Cars must be within spirit of the class.
No promods, no pro stock bodies.
Head’s up, no time, 1/8th mile, instant green, win light only.

I sure would think that one kit on a progressive and a nice timing curve should work damn nice.

Damn thanks,pretty much anything gos huh,any turbo or number of kits..that tires been 4.70s i believe..id shoot for 5.0s

We run a single kit on a progressive now and prefer that to two kits for simplicity. We use an NMS 1000 and it works great!
