Does anyone make a programable window switch that can be set to only activate on the rise side?

I need one to activate and then turn off by rpm normally, and then not activate again until the rpm has gone below the initial (low) activate rpm. ( such as once per gear)

You can do this using relays and a normal window switch. Ya just use the relay to reverse what the window switch normally does.

As usual, I think I have done a poor job of describing what I mean.

I require a window switch that will:
Activate at a set rpm (for instance 6000 rpm)
Turn back off at a higher rpm (say.. 6500)
and then not be able to turn back on until the rpm falls below the low rpm activate point (6000)
Such as activating a circuit one time per gear.

Will the mini do this? I read the manual but still I am not sure

maybe that makes more sense
