Will the Pro bracket radial 28x9(3354R) be enough tyre on my Plymouth?
Car weighs 3660lbs with driver .
1.52/54 60' best of 1.49
Footbrake only
I have 15x8 and 15x8 1/2 rims .
Currently running Hoosier 275/60 radials . Cannot get them at the moment but need tyres for last round of track championship .
I had thought of the 28x10.5 but how bad would these be on the narrower rim ? I know Jason and MT say not to but I am sure there is others with this thought
any thoughts .
and thanks to Jason for your time and help

Yes! My short times are same as yours & i tried them for the first time last week...switched from Hoosier 275/60/15 drag radials. I made my best passes ever & car never spun all night. My car always used to spin on TnT nights because the track is always shit prep. Killer tire for an 8" rim ;-)

Jumpcannon ,
thanks .
you are a little lighter . I am only making around 530HP gone 10.88's best
just careful as tyres are $364.00 each down here
oh I have previously tried 9x30 (29.9" tall) Hoosier radials but car felt like it topped out at around 1200' , not enough gear only 4.10's
