I'm torn between selling my aluminum block, or pouring a filler to make it rigid.
I have heard some good and bad about different products.
Is there a product that can be added without too much disturbing of the sleeves in an aluminum block? Merlin X BBC

Engine will be used with an F3 Procharger with big Hp numbers

Thanks for ALL input.

I need to be able to put some highway miles on the engine too. I'm not sure if this is even possible if I fill this block.
This was the reason for the water block. So am I screwed?

Cool the heads only. The block disipates heat quite quickly. The performance benefit of the solid block far outweighs it's disadvantages. I know someone with a Donovan water block and an F3 but it hasn't been run yet.

Embeco 885. Cheap, plentiful, works better than the other stuff. Get it at whitecap or other construction supply places.
