Hi everyone.
Current engine 355 sbc,dart sportsman 2,lunati rods,trw lumpy tops-12.5(atm).
Has gone [email protected] pump fuel 2860pounds.
I know i'll have to change pistons/cam etc.

How important is head flow with turbos?

Who does single turbo blow thru kits for sbc?

What size turbo would i need?

What sort of HP/times could i expect?

What is your budget?

An S475 Borg Warner turbo would be a good starter turbo for your 355cid, while keepin' things "budget". That turbo has supported 700-1000fwhp on builds so far, so it'll work for what you're doin'. Buy the best heads you can reasonably fit into your budget.

What kind of car and where do you live?

Can you weld and fabricate?

My 3,630lb chevelle has be 8.9x's at 152 with a single S480 turbo and everything homemade. Aside from the Turbo, wastegate and blow off valve i have very little into the turbo setup. It could be easily duplicated and yeild very good results.
