I have a question on which way is better to check the condition of a engine by doing a leakdown test or go by compression testing. I did all cylinder and got between 195 and 210 cold cranking psi with a compression guage and i will check hot after taking it for a road test. the engine has been togeather for about 5 years and is starting to slow down abit. I still have to check out some other thing but wanted the opion of everyone on compression vs leak down gauge. Thanks

Leak down. Compression test will find a weak cylinder. The leak down will tell you how bad they are and can identify if it is intake valve exhaust valve or rings.

Its better to leak it down. you could have 190/210 comp with 20 % cylinder leakage, which would be very high.
