I have a question on which way is better to check the condition of a engine by doing a leakdown test or go by compression testing. I did all cylinder and got between 195 and 210 cold cranking psi with a compression guage and i will check hot after taking it for a road test. the engine has been togeather for about 5 years and is starting to slow down abit. I still have to check out some other thing but wanted the opion of everyone on compression vs leak down gauge. Thanks
