Of the three major national touring series, which one is superior? I know I'm going to gt bashed for this, but I still think that NHRA leads the pack. I too am tired of the 1000' stuff, but think that we will see a return to the 1320 sometime in the future. Just curious to see what everyone else thinks

NHRA is still exciting to watch and lots of good close races and all the legends in dragracing. I love heads up doorcar racing and ADRL is new and some great dragracing , i think its the best series right now!!

I race comp eliminater--NHRA is the only one that offers that style of racing. IHRA is in trouble--they don't know what they want to be(get rid of the fool cars, oops I mean fuelcars. As for ADRL, I went to the meet in Topeka and it was agonizingly slow motion entertainment. The cars were great, but the pace of the event was brutal. I have been in the entertainment business for over 30 years and if I tried to put on an event at that pace I would been broke long ago. Junior dragsters at a national event---please stop! NHRA still has the best race tracks--and the best overall show for the fans, and thats what its all about--making the fans happy.

NHRA is more popular with the general public, when people (outside of racing) think of drag racing it is usually "those really long cars" or "the ones where the bodys come off". Or thats the response i get when talking to people about racing...

ADRL seems to be the most popular with the racers though. The ADRL is my favorite, went to "The Rock" last year, going to Ennis at the end of the year this season! Cant wait...

IHRA is plain and simple in trouble...

Well said Russ, that's just about how I feel as well. Comp is one of my favorite classes. Which class do you run?

coming from a fan and not a sponsor or driving.......

Thats a joke that your gonna bust the adrl balls for having jr' dragsters when nhra has throttle stoped' over tired and under powered cars as 75% of thier cars at an event.
so 85% cars are heads up and bad ass
while 85% of nhra cars are "bracket cars"

*i use bracket cars loosely cause i think paint dryers is too harsh

Oh god! Please don't get me started! Slow motion entertainment come on. Let me see a Comp car go 200 to the 1/8th(no offense). 1/8th mile for ADRL is the best you can get! The racing is real close too. It's one hell of a show. I give ADRL the win and by looking at the voting most people do.
