I cant seem to find out which Intercooler I should use for my 347 ford with 20 lbs of boost
I know procharger uses vertical flow (tanks top and bottom) so Is this better than horizontal design(side to side)?
thanks for any help

The vertical intercoolers usally flow more.. Cause they will have more shorter lenth flow tubes..

The horizonal intercoolers usally cool better.. Cause their flow tubes are much longer.. Exposing the charge air to more cooling air flow..

The choice is yours..

depends on the core really. Bar/plate/Fin tube/extruded tube they all have optimum lengths for cooling. a Bar plate being the most restrictive yet most efficient.

so pretty much a procharger vertical is the best bet?
I'm sure they designed it for a supercharger
the other option was bell intercooler or precision turbo
The cheap ebays one are tempting but they are cheap for a reason
haha
