I was told that the new injectors GM is using on the LS-series of motors have the same size o-rings top and bottom as a "normal" injector, have high flow rates without low impedance, and the same electrical plug. The only difference is the height. Is this true?

I want to put bigger injectors in but my ECM probably won't be too happy with the low impedance stuff. I do have an interface box to drive the low impedance injectors with, but if I am going to buy new injectors I would rather make a different mount for my rails which is easy.

Open to ideas...........

the LS1's run the same type and size injector as the Fords. If you are talking the new shorty's used in the ls2 and later then they are just that, short.

RC engineering can get you upto 75lb injector in high impedance but get ready to pay close to $100/ea for them.
