I am reluctant to post this, but I feel that Brad has left me no other choice. I ordered a converter from him over 4 months ago. I was initially not in a hurry for it since the car build was in progress. Paid for it 2 months ago when it was supposedly "almost done". Brad promised me the converter was on the way to me on 2 different occasions in the last couple of weeks, but then had some excuses about shipping issues. Now he will not return my calls, texts or emails. Can anyone tell me what his situation is?

Anyone know what's up with Brad? Did he get sick, get in an accident or somthing? I'd really like to give him the benifit of the doubt. I've heard nothing but good things about him and his products in the past.

I am also having problems with Bradco I did not want to have to post but at this point I am growing beyond concerned ! I have been trying to get in contact with Brad / Bradco since July 1st. I ordered a transmission (for my customer) on 6/20 and was told approx.. 6 day turn around, mailed the payment in full, check cleared 6/24, and now no one will answer the office phone, Brad's not answering or responding to text messages. I have a pissed off customer because he has no transmission, I am out over $2G, and now my customer is on the verge of purchasing from someone else. I have stressed in messages and text to Brad and no response :smt076

Any help with contacting brad would be MUCH appreciated, I used Bradco on my trans for my racecar little slow but understandable when you have a successful business so I am not sure what the current situation is ?!?!?!

I sent the 2 threads made to him yesterday by text. He responded with "Thank you, I will contact them". Brad is a real good dude and he is completely slammed with work. He is very good at what he does which is why he is so busy. I have been extremely happy with what he has done for me so the wait is worth it to me. :)

I understand he is busy but as a business owner myself I also I understand delivering what I promise,when I promise, or at the very least contact my customers when I cant. I cant tell you how many messages I have left, text I have sent that have been totally ignored ! I mean come on he is too busy to return a phone call or text since july 1st, not good business ! Guess I am little aannoyed at this point. If I do get the transmission there is a very good chance I'll be stuck with it b/c I could not continue to leave my customer hanging while I have no response from Bradco. Still havent heard from them, and obviously he has been made aware of the complaints, he has my cell number and could have called anytime had he been concerned !!!!!! Even spoke to his wife on 7/3 and she assured me she would get with brad and call me back yeah that didnt happen.

I hope this turns around, Brad did my a huge favor last year and built me a custom converter for my car in 3 days. and I went straight to him to pick it up. Its a badass converter. and only getting better as I learn.

Super awesome guy, and his product shows!

Im still waiting for my trans. said it shipped three weeks ago. Called me yesterday finally after no answer and said it would ship yesterday and would give me tracking numbers. Just a sorry. no deal or anything. Notracking info and Now im back to the non answering brad.

I started this trans deal with him back in February. had no rush till late june I told him. Really hope its worth it
