i built a new blower motor for my 1969 camaro i want to get a built converter to match i was wondering what would be my best launch rpm for my combo i race 1/4 mile track

1295 peak tq @4900 and stays above 1200 until 6200 rpm
1500 hp peak
1 am planning on shifting at 7500
